I am currently a Marketing Communications Specialist III at Syngenta, where I manage and provide internal communications for Seeds R&D IT, a global team of researchers and developers working on innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture. In this role, I write and edit project materials, news and feature articles, technical documents, and relevant marketing content, using various style guides and standards to ensure clarity and consistency. I also create and maintain SharePoint sites, intranet pages, and internal social media channels, where I post news and updates. I analyze departmental communication processes and recommend improvements, and I ensure timely completion of quality published content. My goal is to help the Seeds R&D IT team effectively and efficiently communicate their vision, achievements, and challenges to their stakeholders and peers.
