•	Director of ICTC’s CyberTitan Competition. Canada’s only national cybersecurity competition for middle and secondary school students with a focus on increasing the participation of underrepresented groups while creating a talent pipeline for industry.  
•	Speaker at conferences on topics such as disruptive technologies, technology in education, women in technology, cybersecurity as a career, and the Canadian ICT labour market.
•	Leader of a national team of education coordinators, administrators, and consultants who engaged over 37,000 students and 2000 teachers across the country in digital skills training through the CanCode initiative
•	Developed a multi-year strategy for digital skills development through the Focus on IT program and CyberTitan to meet the objectives of the initiative
•	A relationship builder who identified and built strategic partnerships with government and industry resulting in several Memorandums of Understanding and letters of support that included, over 200K in cash and 1.8M InKind donations which supported program growth.
•	 Accountable for the proposal writing and implementation of multimillion-dollar projects that exceeded targets and were delivered on time and within scope.

On strategic projects, negotiated and documented agreements with business partners regarding workflow conflicts, roles, responsibilities and timelines resulting in projects being delivered on time, within scope and on budget. 
Lead the creation of learning materials, manuals, procedures, how to guides, and facilitated in class and virtual sessions to educate employees about LMS functionality and course offers. This included, facilitator and learner guides, PowerPoint presentations, quick reference sheets, FAQs and hosted videos using Articulate replay.
Effectively provided direction and oversight to a team of coordinators, LMS (Learning management system) administrators and analysts resulting in the timely setup of LMS and other learning platform activities, the execution of coordination logistics, and timely execution of learning contracts.
Conducted training needs analysis by engaging stakeholders and business partners to analyze management and leader learning needs. Aligned individual learning needs with organizational goals in order to make curriculum and vendor recommendations and identify gaps.

Senior Manager - Learning & Development

Directed the Learning Catalogue management and governance strategy, whose objective was to leverage the LMS to provide efficient, and cost-effective access to strategic and significant programs, in order to drive desired business results. 
Lead the twice-yearly process of refreshing the catalogue offer in alignment with emerging business requirements and usage trends. 
Lead the development of learning strategies, execution plans and training materials for onboarding newly acquired business units to the Learning Management System. 
Partnered with Senior Business leaders and learning vendors as well as used my own extensive knowledge of the CIBC learning offer to create curricula to address employee performance gaps and business unit development plans.

Program Manager - Learning Catalogue & External Learning Solutions

Lead the development the CMTT strategy which included analyzing time spent on costs of design, development and courseware engineering. The strategy completely changed the approach CIBC takes with Mandatory Training by defining the difference between true compliance/regulatory versus business/role specific training. This allowed CIBC to better manage budget, resources and scope while offering business partners a consistent approach to all mandatory training.  
Built and delivered presentations on the CMTT strategy and yearly maintenance process for executives, managers, relationship managers and other business partners
Successfully lead a cross functional project team consisting of internal designers, developers, content specialist, translation, editors, content SME's, business project managers and external vendors to complete the annual maintenance of 40 CMTT course modules and 10 redesigns. 
Consulted  with Human Resources, Line of Business Executives, and subject matter experts to ensure that E-Learning courses met regulatory and compliance requirements in the areas of Anti Money Laundering, Privacy, Information Security, Code of Conduct and more.

Program Manager - CIBC Mandatory Training and Testing (CMTT)

As the Implementation Consultant for corporate wide initiatives , I was accountable for managing the initiation, planning, execution and delivery of corporate wide learning initiatives. 

In this role I was responsible for assuring that all initiatives satisfied business requirements, provided a high quality and consistent learning experience and was delivered on time, on budget and within scope

As the Learning Consultant for Global Operations and INTRIA I Initiated the yearly planning process for learning by consulting with the senior leadership team to identify business priorities and create a plan that addressed the varying needs of each line of business. I  built strong relationships with Global Operations and INTRIA business partners enabling learning plans to be approved and scheduled months ahead of plan.

In this role  also evaluated the impact of introducing new policies, programs and products into the clients' operations and consulted with internal Training and Development partners to create sustainment and evaluation strategies for key programs.

CIBC Mortgages and Lending

As the lead learning specialist for the CIBC Mortgages call center, I established a training program for new Call Center Specialists and implemented new hire testing standards which resulted in only highly knowledgeable candidates passing the training portion of employment.  

In this role I acted as consultant and advisor to help guide senior management in their hiring practices and identify learner gaps that should be addressed in order to increase efficiencies and reduce new employee ramp up time.
