Yesterday, we had our 15th The Impostor PM Club meeting at COCUS Portugal Porto! 
The welcome we received was so warm and incredible that everyone felt comfortable sharing ideas and viewpoints on the theme "Navigating Product Manager roles: differences and similarities".

We started with a fun question: "How would your family describe what you do?" Everyone had different answers because people around us see the role of a product manager differently.
This led to an energetic discussion where we realized that although there are multiple roles - product manager, product owner, product marketing, or business analyst - everyone essentially does the same job. However, different companies give it various titles: some are more focused on task delivery, others on discovery, and some require handling everything. But the bottom line is that everyone's goal is to deliver value 🚀
