I am experienced in data analysis, business operations, teaching, training, consulting, sales, retail and market research. I've owned three businesses as well as worked in the corporate world so I have a wide range of skills! I adapt well to new environments. 

I was also a business and math teacher and I’m a lifelong learner!

It’s my Aloversary!!

What better way to celebrate than a nice cold plunge this morning.

The last year at Alo Yoga  flew by and if I’ve learned anything it’s that I’m constantly learning and pushing my limits.

It was only fitting that I decided to try cold plunging since it’s something that I’ve never done and requires a mental focus as well.

It was very hard, anyone who knows me knows I’m always cold but I’m so glad I did it.

Now I want to continue to push to try to stay in the cold water even longer. I can’t believe I made it to 3 mins 30 seconds! I only uploaded the first 2 minutes because I ran out of things to talk about.

Recap of my past year at Alo, when I started Alo had 34 stores and now we have 77 stores with many more opening this year!

We were using Excel for store scheduling and moved into the Legion workforce management system which was really my biggest project. 

We have grown so much as a company, added new technology to the deck, and added new members to our team.

I’m so happy with all my growth and the amazing relationships I’ve built. I couldn’t ask for a better team!

I can’t wait to see what the next year looks like.
