In this position an MSR is fully trained to read credit reports and do the background work to create and help members with loans for vehicles, personal, etc. Can also open accounts, CDs, IRAs, and fully help with credit/debit cards, and any account questions or issues. Proficient in the Meridian Link (Loans PQ) system. Promoted in November 2016 to Home Equity Specialist.  Working with members to make the process as easy for them as possible, underwritting and seeing the loan through from start to finish.  The new position still coinsides with helping members as an MSR as well.  In April 2017, was moved up to full time Home Equity Specialist.
