In 1989, I set out to establish a truly customer focused consulting business to help business owners implement business systems. I am driven to help my fellow business owners develop the most efficient, successful and rewarding businesses that they can. I have a deep curiosity into how businesses work, and how they can be improved. I feel privileged every time that a business owner takes me into their confidence to explain their challenges and their aspirations. Frequently the solution to these problems is the implementation of IT systems, and I have a range from which I can draw. Acacia has supported over 500 businesses over all the years, in the manufacturing, services, import and distribution and education sectors. It is a testament to our ethos that we recently won a National Customer Service Excellence award.
