We accomplish this by delivering highly qualified, high-financial-value sales opportunities to them. We have assisted approximately 400 high-tech firms over more than 10 years.

My job is to discover and develop new business opportunities for AG Salesworks. I do this by approaching sales and marketing executives in the technology space, uncovering whether they have any immediate or latent business pains/needs, and communicating our value and our ability to drive business growth.

I have over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, working with national and regional accounts, and driving new business growth.

I joined Staffing Engine in 2021, after being a top performer and consistent President's Club winner at Bullhorn, where I worked with staffing agencies across multiple verticals. I am also a founding member at RevRoom, a collaborative platform for revenue leaders.

I love learning and sharing insights on the future of B2B go to market strategies, as well as how powerful AI can accelerate the staffing & recruiting industry. I am always open to connecting with other recruiters, sales leaders, and conversational AI enthusiasts.

-We broke bread with several amazing partners, customers, prospects, & investors. Part of this involved meeting awesome customers like Heather Jennings in person for the first time ever 😎

-I sat on a panel with some incredible industry vets and discussed how agencies can be getting the most out of their tech investments. It was so fulfilling looking around the room and seeing so many friends and industry colleagues who came out to support our session! 🔥

LRS Healthcare Announces Strategic Investment in Staffing Engine’s Recruiting Acceleration AI

The Secret Weapon in Staffing: Beat Your Competitors with Rapid Lead Follow-Up 🤝😎 

David Folwell: That's pretty incredible. And I mean, I can't remember the exact stat, but it's like, if you follow up within 5 minutes of a lead coming in, you 9x or something. 

Matt Dichter: Staffing Hub put out a great you know, we, we quote this all the time, but if you're able to follow up with a lead within 30 to 60 minutes here, whether they're sales or candidate your chances of success with that lead, whether placing them or landing a job with them are far greater than if you wait, you know, even over an hour you're waiting too long.

And we all know that some of these agencies get so much volume that it's impossible for them, they don't have enough recruiters or salespeople to follow up with those leads in a timely manner. And so that's a great use case for applying AI and automation to help expedite that entire process and follow up with people quicker.

David Folwell: Yeah, it makes a lot of sense. And also, you think that we live in the world of now 1st to respond and 1st, I mean, every, every traveler, every candidate, They're probably submitting multiple applications at that time, they are probably going through and doing, you know, one, one click applies and at 20 applications and you're sitting there waiting for people to get back to you first to respond.

If you're trying to get them placed quickly matters. 

Matt Dichter: What we found during testing of that product is someone might apply specifically to that agency, but then 5-10 minutes later during testing, we were getting calls from other agencies. So that data ends up getting distributed at some point in the process and it really does become a speed game.

The first to contact is going to more likely than not be the first to submit and then the first to place.
