Maine BMV: Leading Maine’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles Digital Modernization Initiative. This includes portfolio tracking of over 100 projects, project setup, sr. leadership guidance, and daily management of IT, Business and Vendor staff.

KPMG: Directed the development and integration of AI strategies, significantly enhancing service delivery and internal functions using Python, Azure AI Services, and VS Code. Orchestrated the design and deployment of next-generation PMO tools, influencing the operational capabilities of 90,000 global employees.

KPMG: Served as program manager to create KPMG's next generation delivery strategy to be used by 90,000 global employees. Managed 40-member global team including multiple vendors. Led creation of Microsoft and Atlassian Proof of Concept solutions to support agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
Intersections, Inc.: Managed and facilitated prioritization of product portfolio for a financial services firm focused on financial identify management.  Managed 10 staff and a $10M budget. 

Uniti Fiber, LLC: Led M&A technology integration for 7 acquisitions, developing a unified telecom infrastructure which reduced billing cycles by 67% and operational costs significantly.

JPMorgan Chase: Drove business transformation in loan origination operations, implementing technologies that cut processing times by 40% and integrating risk management processes.

Capital One

Led program integration to drive operations transformation for a $16B financial services organization. Led 150 employees and contractors across 6 departments. Managed $40M budget. Regularly presented to CEO and board of directors. Implemented earned value and corporate risk management processes.

Senior Vice President - Business Integration

NEXTEL

Led enterprise-wide transformation strategy and execution for rapidly growing, $36B telecommunications firm. Led 150 employees and 200 contractors as member of senior leadership team. Managed $200M budget.
● Led finance team during Sprint / Nextel merger of 6K+ employees, including integration strategy.
● Delivered $100M financial system, process, and policy transformation initiative on time and within budget to improve business case net present value (NPV) 114% and achieve Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
● Spearheaded $300M overhaul of customer life cycle operations—reengineering 300 business processes, implementing world-class software, and streamlining pricing plans—to generate $1.6B in new revenue.
● Honored with CEO Award (reserved for top 5% of executives), CFO Award (most outstanding finance executive), Computerworld Honors Laureate Award (excellence in software delivery), and Billing World Integration Project of the Year.
