Didier leads ESSEC Alumni Business Angels as co-president in partnership with Paris Business Angels. His objective is to invest money, his own time and his professional network to help develop and promote disruptive start-up with a global potential. He also acts as a mentor for ESSEC Ventures and Paris & CO with regard to financial subjects. With a 39-year experience in IBM, as a dynamic leader, Didier drove Innovation at a global level for IBM, in a close relationship with the IBM CIO Lab. His scope covered the full cycle of innovation from the idea generation to the pilot implementation, nurturing breakthrough with collaboration and social networks. He simultaneously conducted countless initiatives and ensured consistency with worldwide strategies and internal functions/divisions impacted by the proposed changes. The core challenge was to involve as many IBM employees as possible, and get their thoughts pushed forward to the appropriate Business Units.
