After 15 years in corporation and 12 in the consulting business, I stated a third professional life, at Ambassade d'Auvergne, an historical parisien restaurant I bought in 2015 to live dayly and fully my passion for food and wine. My former position at EY: - leading EY Advisory operationnal excellence & transformation solutions (ie organization -merger, downsizing, outsourcing- change management, HR performance, lean & process optimization , supply chain, ...), a 40 consultant team dedicated to improve performance and commitment for both private and public big organizations - regional people leader (Head for HR), EY Advisory France, Maghreb, Luxembourg, 750+ staff around the geographies. Before joining EY, I held for 15 years different management positions within international groups such as GSK, Xerox or Vivendi Universal and medium-sized companies: trade, marketing or communication up to general management, mainly dedicated on change management and transformation programs
