Diego de Souza's Linkedin Analytics

I've always had a passion for building things and tackling hard problems. I was one of those nerdy kids that would rather stay at home with a giant Lego set than go outside and play soccer. And when I would finally leave the house, I would be up with my friends building a tree house, or a water powered rocket, or something of the sort. My passions led me naturally to an engineering career, and that "what do I do now" feeling that comes toward the end of college took me to France, where I got my first job in consulting, and the United States, where I fell in love with Supply Chain. Since then, I've been dedicating my career to Supply Chain Analytics, and I was lucky enough to be offered the chance to co-found and lead a company dedicated to Supply Chain Planning. This allowed me to get to know different industries and cultures, here in Brazil and abroad. It also gave me the opportunity to assemble a team of amazing people, to help and watch them grow professionally, and to have the honor of working with them everyday. And also, of course, the pleasure of building things, and tackling hard problems.
