- SKYPLAY Project: responsible from POC to platform maintenance, implementing new features to ensure the best customer experience (based on research with the usability team) and using the generated  data to ensure the best experience and content for the customer (Data-Driven). As a result, there was an increase in browsing time in more than 200 percent, more than a 50 percent increase in the conversion of movie rentals and Addon channels, a 60 percent decrease in calls to the call center and a decrease of more than 40 percent in churn;
- Chatbot using AI: implementation and training of IBM's Watson AI bot. The result was a 30% reduction in calls to the call center and an increase of approximately 20% in revenue from movie rentals and Addons channels;
- APP Home Segmentation for users in Cards mode: implementation of the POC and analysis of the results showing the efficiency of the functionality(Data-Drive). As a result, there was an increase of more than 100% in the conversion of movie rentals and Addons channels and a 40% reduction in churn.
- Churn recovery: Business rules co-partner, identifying the customer at the right moment of churn and offering the best proposal for the customer's specific needs (Data-Driven). As a result, we had more than 40% reduction in the churn rate of our customers and a 10% increase in revenue.
