•	Manage financial portfolio for customers and build rapport through consistently maintaining expertise in product knowledge and keeping abreast of any changes. Follow up especially important in building customer trust.
•	Hold daily huddles to coordinate work for the day and roles. Branch roles were combined and in order to be cross-functional, each team member must spend time on opposite side. Market or branch priorities are mapped out at during this meeting.
•	Worked with the DIA branch to employ Scrum board, eventually ceased by upper management. Gained valuable insight on how Scrum wouldn’t be best fit for branch environment.
•	Studied Tuckman’s Model to gain insight on guiding Herndon team in storming phase through changes of team members and change of management. Team has progressed considerably in understanding of individual differences but hasn’t yet reached the norming phase.
