Given social media is inherent in the contemporary buying process, LinkedIn's social selling solutions help companies to identify the right prospects, gain and interact with meaningful insights, and build relationships with these prospects. My goal was to discover whether there is a match between the commercial objectives of organizations and LinkedIn's Sales Solutions.

Datasys Network develops and provides specific ERP Solutions for Forniture industry, Fashion and Textile Markets (Italian and international), Food & Beverage and HealthCare Italian sectors. CRM V-Tiger, Corporate Web Site, E-Commerce, strategies of Web Marketing and Social Media Marketing complete our commercial offer.
In Datasys I adopted "Social Selling"​ channel through the use of Linkedin Sales Navigator. I've not however abandoned the traditional ways as Telemarketing or Exhibition (eg: Made Expo CosmoProf and Salone del Mobile). All of these activities are aimed to present Datasys, Teamsystem and IBM solutions (we are Business Partner of IBM & TS Group).I dealed with organization and personal management of all the others activities, like Demo of our Software Solutions, management of economic negotiations, contract design and maintenance of the customer base acquired.

I worked for the Italian Payroll Office and I was responsible for Oracle PeopleSoft HR, the Company’s HR System of the whole Italian division. Moreover, I cooperated with the Organizational Development Office for the implementation of MBO Process (target planning and calculation of benefits for all Italian Employees).
I was also in charge of the Performance Management Process in terms of documents’ creation and control of all its phases. I supported field population in terms of construction of business reports (excel, word and PPT formats) and any other kind of Payroll services (eg: calculation of holidays accumulations).
In addition to this, I managed distribution of Company’s benefits for the Italian population.

GE was my first professional experience. I was involved with making CV screening and organize selection interviews targeted recruitment of new trainees. I supported my HR Manager in the management of the Italian Sales Population too in terms of  preparation of material for internal meetings .
