I worked for the Italian Payroll Office and I was responsible for Oracle PeopleSoft HR, the Company’s HR System of the whole Italian division. Moreover, I cooperated with the Organizational Development Office for the implementation of MBO Process (target planning and calculation of benefits for all Italian Employees).
I was also in charge of the Performance Management Process in terms of documents’ creation and control of all its phases. I supported field population in terms of construction of business reports (excel, word and PPT formats) and any other kind of Payroll services (eg: calculation of holidays accumulations).
In addition to this, I managed distribution of Company’s benefits for the Italian population.
