PhD in Intelligent Multi Agent Systems (AI) from Cardiff University (UK). I was chosen twice by Apple for the Apple WWDC Scolarship award and invited by OpenAI at their first OpenAI DevDay in San Francisco. I was the founder and CEO of Sellf (Sellfapp.com) - the RunKeeper for Sales Teams. Sellf was based in H-farm, the largest and most famous Italian startup accelerator. Sellf was chosen by Apple as Most Innovative App in Italy in 2015 and Best New Business App Worldwide among more than 2 million apps. Sellf counts more than 100.000 users worldwide, growing fast as an innovative CRM app in sales productivity using gamification. In Sept 2018, Sellf was acquired by ForceManager the leading Spanish CRM for empowering sales teams on the field, in the office and from home - where I worked as CMO until April 2024. I am proud to have contributed to build and promote ForceManager's AI sales assistant “Dana AI” basically a ChatGPT built specifically for sales teams on the go. ForceManager now counts more than 100 people in its team and presence in 36 countries. In spare time I like gardening & playing with my twin daughters whose first words after dad & mum were “Google” & “Alexa”. I like to run listening to audiobooks to learn more on startups, web3, machine learning and Generative AI. I love video games, I am an hard core gamer and in my spare time I also like to co-design with my daughters/friends small video games (which I never ship) and for this have a university master in game design and a certification as game producer. I am now the CEO of H-FARM AI - a brand new R&D lab designed for the AI era - and I co-organize a few events including the AI club in H-FARM - the largest innovation hub in Italy - where I also teach students and companies the latest in Generative AI collaborating with Microsoft Italia with the AI Lab program. Lately I have been appointed as director of the new BSc in AI & Data Science by University of Chichester which is being held in H-FARM College. This course is co-designed and supported by Microsoft Italy.
