Hello, dear reader, welcome to my "About". With a background in architectural engineering, I use Design Thinking, human&system system oriented framework, as the foundation framework I rely on most. I authored 3 books: - Pravi način da budeš u krivu, mala knjiga o pristranostima (small book about biases) - BloombaLena, The adventure begins (Amazon, illustrated book about neurodiversity) - Pusrle za van, boutique edition of comic published in 2024 About my previous work experience and education: I spent years working in the corporate world as a civil engineering project manager and investment specialist. Also, I am an experienced entrepreneur. In 2000, I owned a small gallery, and later, I was the CEO and co-owner of a corporate interior design and construction company. Twelve years ago, I consolidated all my expertise into a single business, and enhanced my skills by acquiering Design Thinking certificate, Executive coaching certificate, NLP master certificate, Scrum Master certificate, Expressive arts practitioner certificate, Design Sprint practitioner certificate, Systemic constelation certificate, and I'm adding new knowledge and skills regularly.
