Dear reader, I believe that you may already possess a wealth of knowledge, certificates, and education. Therefore my work is focused on the challenge that comes with that wealth: 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲. This is how we do it: (1) Opening Design Thinking Space for fruitful collaboration and communication on values, culture and inclusion-related topics (2) Design Sprint facilitation - for validation and implementation of the new solutions from (1) (3) DEI-related interactive workshops - "DEI begins with the leaders" and "Inclusion starts with me" (4) start-up mentoring - I take part in projects like Algebra Lab and UPLIFT (5) creative and visual communication design - animations and illustrations Here's a brief overview of myself: As someone with a background in architecture, Design Thinking feels like a native methodology to me, serving as the foundational framework I often utilize. I authored 2 books: - Pravi način da budeš u krivu, mala knjiga o pristranostima (small book about biases) - BloombaLena, The adventure begins (Amazon, illustrated book about neurodiversity) You probably noticed that I draw a lot. It's the way I explain complex concepts in a way that's easier to understand, and I find it fun, too. If we worked together, you'd see that all my presentations are often full of hand-drawn sketches (like those you see on my wall), or that I take many visual notes in the workshops.
