Responsibilities:
• Executed the leadership and management of a project, overseeing a team of 22 members
• Attending client calls and effectively communicating updates to team members through training sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Team leads, and cloud workers. Manage their expectations, provide regular updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
• Conduct training for new team members, including pre-and post-training evaluations, and ensure they are fully equipped and ready for production tasks.
• Monitor the progress and performance of the individual team members. Track and provide constructive feedback to ensure that the project is meeting its objectives. 
• Providing clear direction, and guidance, and ensuring that everyone understands and works towards them.
• Lead weekly meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and knowledge sharing among the team members.
• As a team captain, encourage open dialogue, and work towards finding resolutions that benefit the project and maintain team harmony.
• Identify any performance gaps and provide support or additional resources as necessary.
• Identify and address challenges and obstacles that arise during the project.

•Transform data into a suitable format for analysis.
• Present complex data and insights in a way that is easily understandable and actionable.
• Ensure the accuracy of data by double-checking and verifying information for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.
