Long term Key Expert role supporting the European Team Leader to establish a Common Use Facility to improve the competitiveness of the furniture, metal and automotive sectors in Tokat. Responsible for:

• Coordinated containment actions to protect the customer against quality concerns. Controlled, trained and educated agency rework staff located within the customers’ assembly plants and warehouse.

Senior Quality Engineer

• Implemented Time Studies and Work Standardization activities over three separate wire harness manufacturing plants. This included the management and supervision of 3 teams of 4 people located within the separate mfg plants.
• This job role involved the target of increasing the efficiency of the production and assembly processes by elimination waste etc through deep investigation and streamlining. 
• Conducted the analysis, defining and simplification of the production processes, separating man’s work & machine’s work.
• Created and standardized the process times. Prepared work and operation standards.
• Implemented and followed up improvement activities, confirmed their effectiveness.
• Carried out Genba Kaizen workshops in other Yazaki European manufacturing facilities and three Turkish manufacturing plants.
• Coordinated Kanban system for materials used by the production assembly lines.

•   10 years of experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis, Design, Development and Delivery of Trainings towards SMEs in the fields of Marketing, Export Development, Business Planning, Strategic Management, Access To Finance and financial management,
•   Extensive experience in organization of b2b and networking events in more than 10 EU countries with participation of over 50 SMEs representing Turkey,
•   Excellent understanding the Turkish and the international business  environment with particular  outstanding knowledge of the needs of SMEs in machinery and auto mechanic sectors, 
•   Experience in developing and managing R&D projects for SMEs,
•   Vast experience in giving entrepreneurship  trainings,
•   Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Masters in Business Administration,
