Rupeek

- Brainstormed with product counterparts to prioritize requirements and collaborated with designers in my team to optimize conversion funnel for Rupeek's core product, Gold Loans. Conversion ratio increased from 12% to 16% in three quarters.
- Gathered user insights/Behavior through Usability tests and Hotjar studies to inculcate users’ feedback in the product.
- Scaled Gravity Design System to support various New Initiatives such as GTM and Cards. 
- Worked with the product team to build aspirational journey for the Cards product with focus on accessibility and delight.

Lead Product Designer, Pre-disbursals & Design Systems

- Built a fully modular design (and developmental) system from scratch - Gravity which served a team of 18 product designers and 3 front-end development teams. Worked closely with cross-disciplinary teams and evangelised consistently at the Org level to get the business buy-in. Forecasted productivity gains by >50%.
- Worked with the product team to optimize user journies in Takeover and Lead Affiliate Products. Metrics improved by 16% and 30% respectively in three quarters.
- Built and improved design processes and strategies internally through active discussions and workshops.
- Helped in building an empathetic and inclusive design culture in the team.

Senior Product Designer, Design Systems

ClearTax India

- Redesigned a mobile B2C product aimed to help Clear’s customers (CAs) file GST returns for their clients with just a couple of taps. Focus was on Delight and Usability. NPS went by 16%. 
- Built a framework/guide for illustrations and micro-interactions for the aforementioned product. Deployed it to production through Lotte files. 
- Worked with the design team to build and scale the design system to be used across all of Clear’s products.
- Designed a mobile B2C product aimed at helping SMEs with their accounting and reconciliation challenges.

- Worked with the product team to conceptualize and design wireframes for Embibe's Edutech product to be consumed on large displays (TVs)

- Worked closely with co-founders, engineering and product teams in building end-to-end B2B and B2C 0-1 products. These products generate $100K+ revenue within a year of launch.
- Scaled the B2C product by optimising the conversion funnel through iterative designs, data driven experimentation and quantitative research. Grew our user-base from 10K to 200K in 2 years.
- Worked with the marketing team to build brand through landing pages, ad campaigns and websites.
