•	Provide support for BICS customer and supplier complaints and requests in an B-B environment
•	Troubleshoot and analyze to provide solutions for BICS customers, suppliers and third parties with the various products and services such as signaling (TDM, SIGTRAN, SCCP, roaming), Voice (ISUP, SIP), SMS (P2P, A2P, SMPP), GRX, LTE and dual IMSI roaming
• Provide effective leadership by mentoring and guiding junior Engineers in the BICS Asia team
•	Propose and introduce network and telecom traffic solutions
•	Identify possible areas of network and process improvements and propose solutions
•	Work closely with customers and internal resources to effectively manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
•	On-line monitoring of the service performance, measuring the quality of our products and taking corrective actions both proactively and reactively;
•	Provide premium support and act as SPOC for the designated Key Customer of BICS
•	End to End Incident Management for Critical Issues, provide RFO when necessary and Organize the quarterly performance review meeting for overview of KPIs and Ticket evolution for the designated Key Customer of BICS
