As a Sales Director for the Bulgarian branch of Squalio I am taking care of business development and actively hunting for new key strategic accounts. Responsible for sales, partner relations, administration and project management.

• Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in the industry;
• Overseeing and managing a team of AMs;
• Identifying valuable emerging markets;
• Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace;
• Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences and expositions;
• Maximizing company profit;
• Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace;
• Forming sales strategies to keep the company competitive and innovative;
• Cost optimization and consultations in the area of SAM with strong focus on Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, SAP audits.

☁ Country Manager and Sales Director for Bulgaria

• Working with 500+ different software vendors and SaaS publishers;
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition;
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Key Account Manager

• Developing transactional business pipeline for 500+ software vendors;
• Responsible for Microsoft SaaS growth;
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Analyzing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
• Conducting market researches and vendor campaigns.

Account Manager

•	Responsible for the meeting of Standard Operation Procedure and Performance Standard to ensure that the quality of service, presentation and functionality of the cinema are of the prescribed standards.
•	Responsible for the day-today operations and profitability of the cinema, performing the best  ”customer experience” for the customers.
•	Ensuring the company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
•	Contacting contractors, distributors and other business associates of the company as well as applying all marketing materials.
•	Organizing and maintaining storage areas, and responsible for IT equipment.
•	Responsible for properly use of projector machines and equipment. Operating on projectors. 
•	Preparing daily financial, maintenance, performance and other reports.
•	Making sure all company goods are displayed properly.
•	Conducting weekly invent check of the whole cinema. 
•	Dealing with everyday problems from customer service to maintenance and housekeeping

•	Sorting, checking and stacking items of clothing and linen;

Premier Pool Management, Inc.

•	Summer Work & Travel Participant;
•	Responsible for safety of all swimmers during shift and for the interpretation and enforcement of all pool rules;
•	Responsible for chemical reading of pool conditions according to bathing code.  Adjusts pool as necessary;
•	Responsible for the upkeep of the pool area and equipment and notifying supervisor of any needed repairs or adjustments.
