For almost 15 years I have specialized in econometric models. Currently, my point of focus are market risk models in insurance. The prior years my main work was on financial, actuarial and behavioural models in pensions and banking. I am always interested how the world behaves around these models. To gain more background knowledge I earned the AAG, CFA and FRM charter. Also I am eager to find out how new innovations such as machine learning can contribute to my work. However, during my professional journey I noticed gaining much knowledge is useless without being able to explain it in clear language. To increase my communicating skills I joined a Toastmasters speech club for which I served 3 years as a board member.
