● Manager SEO: Create and Implement the SEO Strategy.
● Measure, analyze and report website traffic using Google Analytics.
● Design, build and maintain company's social media presence while raising awareness at the same time.

NOBACCO

Nobacco is the leading electronic cigarettes company in Greece. As their Digital Marketing Specialist and E-commerce admin my responsibilities were to organize and implement NOBACCO's online marketing strategy through all digital channels available and also lead all e-commerce efforts to increase the online sales. More specifically:

● Manage all SEO (On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Technical SEO) for the main website and e-shop/products (top result for the majority of the most competitive search terms of the industry like e-cigarettes, e-liquids, vaporizers.
● Manage all social media accounts Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / Pinterest ( Schedule frequent posts, share relevant content, engage with fans and followers, answer to customer comments and messages, cover company events).
● Responsible for all email marketing activity (Email open rates were 25% above industry average, with similar CTR).
● Monitor digital analytics for the corporate website and e-shop (using Google Analytics) and Facebook page analytics (Using Facebook Insights).
● Create and send push notifications through the CRM platform to NOBACCO's iOS & Android app users.
● Write and send all company's advertorials to collaborating media in association with Marketing Director, following NOBACCO'S marketing strategy.

Milestones: 

- NOBACCO's facebook page on March 2017 had more than 300% increase in likes and 250% in engagement comparing to the starting period of April 2015.
- NOBACCO was in the first page of search engines for the most competitive industry keywords on both Greek and English terms.
- Project manager for launching NOBACCO's new website, e-shop and blog (Also responsible for all data entry).
- Part of the team launching NOBACCO's iOS and Android App (Responsible for all content shown).
