Mineski Global, once known for Dota teams and cybercafé chains, has risen to become a dominant force in esports across Southeast Asia. Our reach spans competitive events held worldwide for renowned publishers like Blizzard Entertainment, Moonton Games, Riot Games, Tencent Games, Valve Corporation, and more. Notably, we've also ventured into the casual gaming space with our Mgames platform, positioning ourselves as pioneers in the latest ad technology in games.

During the pandemic, we achieved great success with the launch of the first and only pop-up events and gaming truck in the Philippines. Now, we plan to expand this service throughout Southeast Asia under the GG Truck brand.

At Mineski Global, we continuously strive to innovate and expand our businesses, with a vision to gamify the world and ignite the gamer spirit in everyone.

Mars Media, based in Shanghai, China, is a prominent esports events organizer and production company. Shortly after joining, I spearheaded the creation of the MDL IP, establishing it as one of the most prestigious Dota 2 events hosted by a Chinese company.

My proudest achievement was successfully bringing MDL to Disneyland® Paris as a Valve Major—a breathtaking USD$1,000,000 Dota 2 event co-produced with Disneyland® Paris at their theme park.

Additionally, I took charge of all communication with Valve, which led Mars Media to secure four Dota 2 Major and one Minor events. In 2016, we were entrusted with producing the Chinese segment of The International, the-then largest prize-pool in esports history.

LGD Gaming stands as one of China's oldest and most prosperous esports clubs. I took on the responsibility of negotiating the contract renewal with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), resulting in a fruitful multi-year agreement. During the challenges posed by COVID-19, I provided innovative business ideas and solutions to both LGD Gaming and PSG, enabling them to achieve their goals while minimizing costs. Moreover, I fostered strong relationships with existing partners and actively sought new sponsorships to further their success.

At the prominent Chinese live streaming platform, HuoMao, I had the responsibility of identifying new content sources and securing broadcasting rights. During my tenure in the Shanghai-based company, I successfully negotiated and secured over 200 events, with a primary focus on Dota 2 and CS:GO. This effort elevated HuoMao to become the go-to streaming platform in China for watching competitions of these game titles.

LGD Gaming, a prestigious esports club in China, entrusted me with the role of International Social Media Manager. My mission was to expand the brand's influence beyond China on the leading social networking services of that time. Throughout my tenure, I successfully cultivated a fanbase of over 140,000 across various platforms, setting a record as the Chinese esports organization with the largest international following at that time.

Throughout my two-year stint at 2P.com, I assumed the role of overseeing and directing all Dota 2-related content, ranging from breaking news to interviews, match analysis, and opinion pieces. This resulted in the website swiftly becoming the top destination for English Dota 2 content centered around the Chinese scene.

During my time at It's Gosu eSports, I held the responsibility of overseeing and directing all content creation, managing the entire process from draft to publication, and leading a team of editors. The website earned a reputation as the leading source of information for anything related to Dota 2 in China.

Additionally, I took charge of designing, implementing, and directing major online tournaments and events, establishing direct collaborations with sponsors and professional teams/organizations.

Editorial Head & Event Manager

Following high school, I faced two options: becoming a train controller or a glassblower. Instead, I chose the third path—building a career in esports.

I played an integral role in founding the renowned Esports IP MDL and successfully negotiated the collaboration between MarsTV and Disneyland® Paris, leading to the first Dota 2 Major in France. Moreover, I served as a key advisor to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), France's best football club, resulting in a fruitful multi-year partnership with LGD Gaming and Tundra Esports.

In November 2020, I co-founded Red Marble Esports, a global marketing agency and consultancy supporting esports expansion and educating brands.
