The job included:
-Customer relation management, meeting with customer, agree on the work schedule, maintain the contact with customers and follow-up with them  up till the final hand over, perform site visits before and during the installation process, and assure clients satisfaction.
-Coordination between all parties involved in a project , the survey team , the fabrication and the factory , the technical department ,and the installation department.
-Follow up work progress in each department involved.

Work with a team on a lean six sigma project to reduce the number and effects of rejected products, I participated in brain storming, work process and investigation form design, and investigation and data collection process.

Worked as a design engineer for aluminum composite panels & curtain walls (Reynaers & Technal systems) for 18 months. and then promoted to lead teams in big projects where i was able to:
-Review specification and project requirements to find building solutions (select the best system), materials (Glass, silicone, bolts), and suppliers.
-Lead a team of three to prepare materials, fabrication orders, and shop drawings for several projects.(i.e.Yasmeen Rotana Hotel/Damascus, The Arab International university/Damascus).
-Train engineers in the design department.
-Coordinate between different departments involved in a project (sales, fabrication, installation).
-Perform site visits and evaluate the installation.
