• Execution of monthly closing tasks and reports after closing related to own area of responsibility (Gross-To-Net expenses journal posting and top down allocation to SKU level, SLOB report calculation, Sales Growth Analysis calculation, profitability analysis report, purchase price variance analysis, etc.), 
• Proactive control of all Gross-To-Net bonus spending on a day-to day basis, condition types maintenance in SAP, check of supporting documentation on trade terms and conditions, promo expenses allocation on Sub Brand level
• Provision on a regular basis and during budgets preparation necessary support in brand/cost accounting (SKU creation, cost upload, pricing maintenance, etc.)
• Calculation of product P&L (new products, bundles, delivery options), export prices, etc.
• Interaction with the sales analysts and SAP support team with respect to the GTN structure changes or other accounting related changes

Brand Cost Analyst

• Preparation/submission of regular and ad hoc calculations/reports on financial activities of the company in accordance with US GAAP standards;
• Participation in month closure, original budget, rolling forecasts preparation (including, but not limited to presentations, data consolidation and verification, making adjustments);
• Maintenance the consistency and accuracy of financial data in the financial systems (SAP, GMRB, Cognos, etc.).

• Budget preparation and completion (incl. follow-up, analysis and estimations);
• Managerial and consolidation reporting under IFRS and Group standards;
• Monitoring of monthly closure process, accounting day to day activities.

• Cost estimation, tracking and analysis by cost centers;
• Variance analysis and planning of production, gross margin and turnover.
