•	Management of all aspects of operational HR for the organisation including new employment 
        contracts, onboarding, contract variations, compliance including working with children checks, and 
        separations. Management of two HR Coordinators who are responsible for these tasks. 
•	Management of fortnightly Payroll processes of $1.5M per fortnight in wages processed in Aurion 
        covering ongoing staff as well as casuals. Management of two Senior Payroll Specialists who are 
        responsible for these tasks. 
•	Responsible for remuneration and benchmarking of salaries in the organisation.
•	Responsible for the organisation’s performance management tool (developed in Aurion).
•	Responsible for the organisation’s service recognition awards.
•	Providing coaching and advice to managers and team leaders.
•	Providing advice on policy and procedures to all staff.
•	Deputising for the HR Director when required.

Achievements	
•	Worked closely with the HR Director in the merger of nine independent organisations to form SU 
        Australia as a national organisation. This included drafting new employment contracts, 
        standardizing of HR processes for the organisation and the merger of nine payrolls. 
•	Took a lead role in the implementation of the organisation’s recruitment and onboarding platform 
        including subsequent modules such as employee changes.

•	Implementing processes for a new HR Team including onboarding, contract variations, compliance, 
       and separation processes.
•	HR Business Partner for various departments providing coaching and advice on all employment 
       related matters including Performance Management, Employment Law, Workplace Investigations as 
       well as managing end to end recruitment of office professionals.

Human Resources Business Partner

Alpha International

Holy Trinity Brompton, Alpha International, the William Wilberforce Trust and St. Paul’s Theological College are linked charities that have a combined staff of over 400 people based in London and overseas. My role as a HR Advisor was to provide HR support across all four entities.

•	Providing generalist HR support and advice to managers on a variety of issues including performance as well as Policy interpretation. 
•	Guiding managers and staff on probationary and annual review processes.
•	Responsible for drafting contracts of employment and addendums for all UK and international staff.
•	Responsible for collating all changes to payroll and authorising payroll for all four entities.
•	Responsible for staff benefits and pensions.
•	Providing advice to staff on general policy matters.
•	Recruitment and Onboarding of Staff
•	Assisting the Head of HR with redundancies and employee relations issues including Workplace 
        Health and Safety.
•	Assisting the Head of HR and Head of Finance with the annual salary budgetary process. 
•	Responsible for managing the company’s sponsorship license to sponsor skilled migrants and 
        charity workers to the UK.

Achievements	
Took a lead role in the implementation of a new HRIS and Payroll system for the organisation including documentation of processes.

My key responsibilities as the Events and Communications Coordinator were:
•	Plan, promote and organise all national events and conferences including the annual conference for 
       over 1,000 delegates.
•	Design and distribution of organisational newsletters.
•	Provide PA support to the National Director of AOG included responding to emails, diary 
       management, booking accommodation, travel and preparing PowerPoint presentations.

•	Successful project management and implementation of a new website.
