Retention: Implemented a customer segment based approach to improve user retention with creative ideation and strategy development. This helped us to improve user retention by 1.5X. 

Growth: Led transformation of user experience and customer journey on TenderCuts App and Mobole website. With the help of data understand the issues leading to drop in funnel which handled through UI/UX and communication to improve Conversion rates. We have observed 36% improvement in conversion rates.

SEO/ASO: Implemented best of industry practices & Content strategies to improve the SEO and App store SEO (ASO). With the right Content and Industry practices. we were able to improve Web and App ranking and discoverability which increased the organic contribution in overall customer mix.
Media Mix: Implemented complementing Offline strategies along with online to improve the user acquisition through Online as well on Offline like Society activation, Meat fest, etc.
