V3 Staffing was founded in 2010 with a two-member team. The market was still reeling under the aftereffects of the Lehman Brothers crisis, but we knew this was where our hearts lay and we must begin. Our start was challenging, but it did not deter us from our goal and vision to make a difference in the recruitment industry. We persevered, stayed resilient, and sailed through it. After a year of our operations, we bagged GOOGLE INDIA as our client for technology hiring and since then we have not looked back🚀🚀🚀. Today, we are a strong team of 40 people and have worked with more than 150 clients ranging from top product startup companies to Global Fortune 100 Companies over a span of 13+ years. We helped companies build top technology teams across various functions from lateral to leadership levels. Our hires made a significant value in the business growth of our clients. We have worked with a variety of industries like Information Technology, Internet/E-commerce, Digital, Engineering, Telecom, Automotive, Banking, Financial services, etc. My entrepreneurial journey has been a split of defining growth strategies, driving sales, exploring new markets, developing new business verticals, building client relationships, managing key RPO & IT Staffing accounts, hiring some rockstar talent internally, and market research. I love travelling and indulging in adventurous activities like hiking, trekking, camping, exploring new places, meeting new people, and learning about new technological advancements.
