I’m passionate about building products that customers love and bring real business benefit. I have experience in crafting new propositions for B2B customers as well as as building new experiences in the consumer market. My experience include: developing features to help data analysts wrangle data and change their focus to higher value tasks, launching a new recommendations platform from the ground up to help consumers have an easier way to shop accessories, developing a test and learn programme to improve search quality and launching Visual Search at Argos. I love mentoring junior members of my team and I’m always looking to help develop people into top performing members. I’m most happy when digging through data, market analysis and customer feedback to really get to the root cause of problems. I love to build and work towards a larger vision based on a deep understanding of customer needs. Being a technically minded Product Manager with a background in software development and analytics, I’m just as comfortable discussing the technical nuances of a solution with my engineering colleagues as I am discussing UI design decisions with the UX lead! I am a believer in healthy debates and love to promote team consensus through the robust discussion of all ideas. I strive to build deep relationships with stakeholders by having frequent, in depth conversations about the challenges they are facing.
