Sr IT Manager, Product Management 

Lead the Digital Technology  initiatives for Projects & Services— after sales operations including installation (project) and maintenance, field force management, parts delivery and repairs— in NAM, LATAM and EU regions for Wind and Hydro.

Responsible to deliver robust Services digital product suite to drive field services productivity and 
position GE for Digital commercialization. 

My responsibilities also included acting as the regional program champion for the DTLP (Digital Technology Leadership Program) in Latin America with ~10 DTLP program members. In charge of setting the strategy for the long term as well as partnering with IT regional leaders to ensure the right content and quality of their rotations offered.

Senior IT and Global Services 

Manage multi-functional program plan to implement Oracle ERP for Wind business in Latin America. Partner with functional and IT teams to develop communication plan, roll-out plan and training plan.  Also, as LATAM IT Leader, position a strong IT presence in Brazil and expand IT influence to all levels of management / leadership. (No IT in the region before)

I have gained extensive international experience in the US, LATAM (Brazil, Chile & Mexico) and EMEA (France, Spain & Germany) with strong cross-functional business knowledge and specialty in assisting customer with large scale Digital Transformation change. Expertise spanning enterprise business applications, analytics, technology, infrastructure, automation & optimization. 

Currently responsible for program/product delivery as well as operational support of global services digital technology portfolio for Renewable Energy segments globally.

In addition, since 2014, I am a member of Cidadao Pro-Mundo (CPM) to help promote equal opportunities and social integration in Brazil through volunteer English teaching.
