At CFC, I equip programs with insightful reports, dashboards and analysis that drive program improvement, organization change, and strategic decision making for departments and stakeholders across the organization. My essential functions include:

- Building, managing, and maintaining dashboards and reports; leveraging tools such as SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics and Excel; equipping programs, marketing, fundraising, and virtually every department with insights that help to make better business decisions.
- Retrieving data from various SQL Databases, CRM Systems, and Operational Systems for analysis.
- Designing automated data ETL/ELT processes.
- Performing analysis on data and interpret / story tell what the data is saying.
- Meeting and presenting to stakeholders on project deliverables and results.
- Acting as the subject matter expert on CFC’s various data systems and data assets, educating staff on the usage and best practices.
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy is maintained.

Hack Diversity Survey Team Project: Analyzed survey data from 89 Hack Diversity fellows to help Hack Diversity measure the effectiveness of their engineering and developer internship programs. I worked on a team of research analysts and together we were able to provide our project managers with a story on how receiving constructive or positive feedback helped interns feel more confident in delivering the technical responsibilities of their role using Excel Pivot tables, charts and correlations analysis.
