	Create and justify marketing budget, using KPIs, including cost per lead and cost per sale of key activities
	Monthly and quarterly reporting on Market Sector analysis, Client Type analysis, Client Origin analysis
	Manage all national and regional marketing initiatives, including demand generation activity, local SEO
	Continuous direct marketing activity, achieving positive response rates between 20-48%
	Responsible for the development and implementation of the e-CRM software
	Improve the customer journey including pre-and post-sales 
	Deliver powerful content and messaging both internally and externally to support ‘Market Leader’ status
