Key Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition 

Responsible for end to end recruitment life-cycle for almost all divisions of a company like sales, IT, Engineering, and creative services positions.
Lateral hiring through various Job Portals, Social Networking sites, Referral Hiring’s, handling the end to end process of recruitment
Gathering requirements from the hiring manager, Setting up a priority to work on multiple requirements simultaneously. Coordinating with the hiring manager for interview and feedback things.
Responsible for generating References through Employee Referral programs and manage job postings
Responsible for taking an initial interview to identify a candidate's cultural fit for a company.
Handling drives as an when needed to close the position within a given time limit.

Induction And Onboarding : 

Responsible for the pre-joining and post joining formalities of the new joiners. Also taking them through the entire Orientation process of the company.
Revamping the entire Induction plan in the organization for better employee experience.
Coordinating with the IT team and Admin team for System arrangements and for creating punch in for attendance.
Taking care of joining formalities like employee code generation, bank account opening, punching cards, ID card issuing, etc

Core HR: 

Solving basic grievances of employees.
Responsible for arranging quarterly events and fun Friday events, employ engagement.
Handling attendance query of the overall organization.

Responsibilities : 
- Understand Requirement from Hiring Manager 
- Formulate Recruitment Strategy 
- Identify and share quality CV as per Job Description
- Develop on going and diverse pipeline using research, networking & database mining.
- Use variety of technical tools for sourcing pool of qualified candidates
- On boarding of new joinee

Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Responsible for recruitment of IT professionals Responsible for Understanding the Clients Requirements like
Job Description, Project Duration etc.
Client Handling – Coordinating with the client for Requirement gathering and Understanding, Doing
follow-ups for feedback and further procedures.
Been involved in internal hiring also.
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after
identification of manpower requirements.
Search for candidates on various Job-Sites (Naukri.com, Monster.com) with the appropriate skills as per the job Requirement.
