BuildBear Labs’ mission is building a thorough Automated and Continuous Testing Engine (aka ACTE) for Web3 Applications.  BuildBear Labs tackles the pressing Web3 development hurdles such as scalability constraints, smart contract vulnerabilities, and cross-chain compatibility, which can lead to operational cost spikes and project delays. Our platform notably reduces the risk of exploits potentially costing over $1 million, ensuring timely project launches and preserving both revenue and reputation. By providing a realistic testing environment, BuildBear Labs is set to boost user adoption rates and secure the success of small to medium Web3 projects.

In summary, I have worked on the following types of assignments at the firm:

(1)	Analyzing the tax implications on cross border transactions, this would cover Singapore tax and other jurisdictions’ tax implications;
(2)	Assisting the client in implementing cross border transactions;
(3)	Advising on Singapore Goods and Services Tax matters;
(4)	Assisting clients in determining holding company jurisdictional study with specific focus on setting up Asia HQ operations;
