Hi, I’m Dipisha. Currently, I manage Drive, to help people connect to their drive, address pain points through career transitions, and bring their intrinsic drive out! Drive currently offers 1:1 paid curated services in partnership with Expert Session and weekly positive tips via a subscription to a growing community of 300+ people. Before Drive, I helped manage a Women in Tech company named Elpha, collaborated with the Product Engineering teams in building out one of the largest HR products at Always Designing for People (ADP), and partnered with Technology, Finance, and HR teams across North American regions at companies such as American Express, Capital One, and JPM Chase. I’ve completed my Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, and Leadership. I also learned and applied Full Stack Engineering after. More recently I completed a Data Science program with a concentration in Ai and ML. Outside work, I like cycling, high-intensity interval training, yoga, journaling, trying fusion foods, exploring new places, meeting new people, and spending time with family and friends.
