I work with start up/scale up COOs/CEOs + operationally and strategically minded leaders and their teams in venture backed and bootstrapped companies through start up, scale up, exit and beyond. The majority of my career has been spent as an operator in the COO role, also an experienced CEO/CPeopleO/CFO, Exec & Non Exec Director. I operate as Board Chair, Board Advisor and I occasionally angel invest. I re-trained as a coach in 2017, am accredited at an advanced level and continue with CPD and supervision as an ongoing practice. Operating Experience * 3 years as COO/CFO/Exec Director working in collaboration with Pact Coffee’s founder & CEO Stephen Rapoport. Pact is the largest direct to consumer speciality coffee brand in the UK, also kicked off Pact At Work (backed by MMC + Connect). * 12 years as COO/CFO/CEO/CPeopleO/Exec & Non Exec Director working in collaboration with Mind Candy’s founder & CEO Michael Acton Smith on the global kids phenomenon Moshi Monsters ($250m+ valuation, 100m+ users, backed by Accel + Index Ventures). * 11+ years as Founder of the London COO Roundtable, the first COO network for tech startup and scale up COOs in the UK. * 5 years working on large-scale interior design projects supplying high end furniture and lighting for the likes of Madonna, Mick Jagger and Sharon Stone as well as Hackett stores in London, NY and Milan working with luxury interior designers. Coaching Experience * 5 years+ having the privilege to coach 150+ COOs, CEOs, founders & executive leaders through startup, scale-up, exit and beyond on a mixture of critical business issues and personal development. Running leadership programmes and scale coaching for TechNation, NEF+, Future London Academy, acting as a Zinc Visiting Fellow and TechNation Visa Advisory Partner. * 18 months training with The OCM using a variety of psychologically informed models (EMCC accredited). * 6 months training with The Resilience Engine, accredited as a Resilience Coach. * 12 months training with The Berne Institute in Organisational Transactional Analysis, continuing to undertake CTA and qualify for an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. * Certificates held in Systemic Team Coaching and Gestalt Coaching Skills. * Membership of the British Psychological Society and the UKATA.
