I was part of the Talent Acquisition product team specifically responsible for interview scheduling and feedback products and worked with a full-stack engineering team of 7 engineers.

I played a key role in launching several new major products/features to improve adoption:
1. Interview scheduling in events V1: This allowed event coordinators and recruiters to define an inventory of interview slots ahead of a university recruiting event for which candidates could sign-up. This was adopted by several large customers and solved a major pain point.

2. Interview scheduling in events V2: This enhancement solved additional use cases, such as allowing coordinator-led scheduling/rescheduling, a real-time view of interview slots, and the ability to modify interview schedules after they are live.

3. Interview plan: Using this feature recruiters can define a structured interview process at an individual requisition level across interview stages such as recruiter screen and hiring manager screen. This enabled the recruiter to do a one-time setup of the interview process, reducing chances of errors, manual entry as well as increasing their efficiency.

I was part of the Supplier Acquisition product team responsible for onboarding new suppliers. I worked with an engineering team of 10+ engineers to launch several key features.

1. Deferred registration to allow suppliers to first explore Meesho panel and enter details later (1.4pp uplift in north star)
2. Automated eligibility of supplier referrals based on business requirements (savings of INR30L/month and 20-man hours/month)
3. Deactivation of fraud suppliers & streamlining of GST delinking process (deactivated 6k suppliers, 5% of monthly transacting sellers)
4. Mobile-OTP-based login across platforms, in addition to existing email password login (30% avg. reduction in login support tickets)
