Role: Litigation and Advisory Services pertaining to all indirect taxes 
- GST: Provided assistance in relation to classification, rate of tax, applicability of exemptions, eligibility of input tax credit, job work, liability to pay tax on import of goods and services or under reverse charge, valuation, transitional provisions, refund claims, registration etc. Prepared and given presentations in seminars on GST concepts and transactional procedures.
- Customs: Provided advice on issues such as importability, classification, rate of goods, eligibility of exemption, availability of drawback, SVB investigation, incentives, licenses under FTP, etc.
- Other advisory: Rendered opinions on service tax, central excise, VAT and drafted indirect tax clauses in agreements. 
- Litigation: Drafted appeals and applications to be filed before Supreme Court, High Court, CESTAT, Commissioner (Appeals); prepared legal submissions; replied to show cause notices and departmental queries. Attended hearings at the departmental level.
- Newsletter Committee: Involved in preparing tax related updates and articles each month.

- Drafted and compiled FCRA Compliance Manual & Labour and Employment Laws Manual for a client.
- Prepared legal opinions on priority of dues during liquidation of the company.
