There are alot more similar examples and just on Instagram but on other social media platforms as well. 


There is a trend that got followed by every social media platform as the audience starts engaging on it. Because in order to stand out, we need to try something different. 

Moral of the story 

Trends never go out of fashion, they just change the platform. Now my prediction is that the video content on linkedin will prevail in 2024 and Beyond.

Mistakes to avoid when starting your career.

I thought someone somewhere need to see this, so here it is from my own experience.

1. In early days, Seek learning, Not high salary. Once you get the learning and experience, You can make lots of money. 

2. Learn new skills that will help you get your work done fast. Linkedin learning, coursera are a must try. 

3. If your employer is not supporting you to grow your experience and want only the growth of company, you should better leave that job.

 It will not add any experience in terms of knowledge, exposure and value. Only in terms of years. 

4. Find a mentor as soon as possible, It will save your a lot of your precious time. 

5. In early days, It is expected from you to do as many things as possible, but try to Go deeper into 1-2 things in the beginning depending upon your industry ( during working hours or after working hours ) or you will lost in the puzzle of expectations.

My #1 LinkedIn writing system that I teach my clients

Before writing my 1st ever LinkedIn post, I had 0 writing experience. But I knew one thing well, scrolling on social.

Here's how I turned a "poor" habit into a writing system:

1. 30-min LI conscious scrolling block.
↳ Set a 30-min timer, scroll, and save viral posts.

2. The pattern breakdown
↳ Look for similarities in those "viral posts"
↳ Analyze the hooks and style they're written in.

3. 60-min proven content ideation sprint
↳  Replicate those elements you identified worked.
↳ Write 2/3 posts in a similar style, pattern and "vibe"
↳ Post at least 1 of them on Linky and test performance.

Here's an example of how I do it (daily)

1. I scroll on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
2. I save every post that stopped my scroll.
3. I then look at the hooks, the format and even image.
4. I write a post using different elements from 20 posts.
5. I post it, analyse performance and quality comments.

I've done this for 18 months straight, never failed me.

You don't need algorithm hacks, you need people hacks.
What hooks them in? What resonates? What doesn't?

The best creators on LinkedIn are students.

Learn, iterate and analyse often.
