Starting in July 2023, I've shifted over to the new ESG team within the Marketing Solutions organization and I'm specializing in the EDU/Government vertical. My overall role and responsibilities are consistent with my previous CSM positions at LinkedIn. The current book of business that I work on consists of traditional universities, along with a few opm education management companies as well. I'm continuing to support my clients as a true consultant/partner on their marketing efforts.

Lead Client Solutions Manager

I worked in the Strategic Accounts business within the Marketing Solutions organization. The only two clients that I supported were 2U and Samsung. I consulted and worked with 2U to ensure they were set-up for marketing success across their Degree (DGP), Boot Camp (Trilogy) and Short Course (GetSmarter) businesses. Not only did I work on the paid media side of the business, but I also focused on the organic side as well. The overall goal was gaining efficiency and continuing to showcase 2U's best in class offerings. I only worked with Samsung in 2023, and helped their businesses market on LinkedIn from both a B2B and B2C perspective.

Continuing from my previous role, I worked on the Enterprise Education vertical within the Marketing Solutions organization. I was one of three CSM's that worked on my pod which also comprised of two AE's. I worked on all aspects of advertising with my clients from planning through to campaign execution. My book of business comprised of traditional universities advertising for degree programs both on-campus/online, as well as online certificate programs. My experience included marketing for MBA degrees, EMBA degrees, Master's degrees, Executive Education Certificates, and Online Certificates. Additionally I helped new hires on our team through the ramping process.

I worked on the Enterprise Education vertical within the Marketing Solutions organization. My main responsibility was to consult with my clients on all aspects of marketing on LinkedIn. I helped my clients with product education kick-off/strategy calls, campaign analysis to implement optimizations, and taking client product feedback to our leadership. My book of business comprised of traditional universities advertising for degree programs both on-campus/online, as well as online certificate programs. I have experience marketing for MBA degrees, EMBA degrees, Master's degrees, Executive Education Certificates, and Online Certificates.

Senior Client Solutions Manager

I worked on the Core & Emerging team focusing on the Education vertical providing marketing solutions to our clients. My responsibilities included being a primary point of contact for my customers, leading client satisfaction and renewals, and proactively identifying insights. I worked with my clients to consult with them on optimal strategies and educated them to be successful on our platform. I've worked on multiple books of business and we consistently were able to achieve or exceed our quota numbers.

Account Manager

I worked on the Mid Market team at LinkedIn providing marketing solutions to our clients. My responsibilities included managing campaign success by compiling and analyzing campaign reports, providing research and creating team efficiency by building consultative and supporting working relationships with all team members.

Associate Account Manager

Since 2016 I've been doing talks to students at my alma mater of Syracuse University on how to use LinkedIn both in the Fall and Spring semesters. These have mostly been in person on campus, however during 2020/2021 they were virtual due to the pandemic. In addition, I've also done a talk at American University on "Unleashing the Power of LinkedIn". In April 2022 I also was on a panel for the SEME sports conference in Washington, DC which focused on "The New Sports Job Search: Human Capital & Career Acceleration" with 2 other panelists and a moderator. In March 2023, I spoke again at the SEME sports conference in Washington, DC where I highlighted 5 key things attendees should be doing on LinkedIn. In March 2024, I again spoke at the SEME conference and elaborated on additional tips/tricks for attendees to maximize using LinkedIn.

I've spoken to a few thousand people since I began these educational presentations and have helped impact real outcomes leading to network growth and employment using LinkedIn.

My primary responsibilities were to assist litigation attorneys with large document reviews and productions; preparations for depositions, arbitrations and trials; and conducting research on clients and industries. I worked on multiple arbitrations/cases with numerous team members in high stress environments.

Promoted to Head of the Junior Tennis Team due to successful coordination and management skills. Conducted private tennis lessons and clinics for adults and children by having the ability to work well with people of all ages. Multitasked with assisting in sales in the Pro Shop by advising customers on equipment and clothing, as well as stringing tennis rackets.

Editorial and Research Intern

I started my career as a paralegal working at a large law firm right after finishing college. I took many of the skills I learned in that role and translated them to a successful career in account management at LinkedIn. In my recent roles, I managed pre/post sales interactions with my clients to help them to become successful marketers on our platform. I now consult and specialize in working on the ESG Team (focusing on EDU/Government clients) providing them Marketing Solutions support across their businesses. My diverse work history has allowed me to bring a unique perspective to my role and has given me many different experiences that have helped sharpen my skillset. I'm currently working on building something around sports at LinkedIn, so be on the lookout!

Outside of work one of my main interests is in sports which led me to pursue a Master's in Sports Management that I completed in 2011. I also enjoy visiting friends I have in different cities around the country and spending time with my family.
