●	Provide guidance and collaborate with customers on digital transformation journeys, particularly when business requirements call for immediate insights from the edge.

Network Workplace and Intelligent Edge Subject Matter Expert for UAE

Lead and monitor all aspect of project operations related to digital transformation and cloud computing (private, hybrid, and public) as an end-to-end solution architect for HPE point next pursuit team. 
Spearhead overall operations of complex projects, including data centre consolidations and digital transformations by managing from inception to completion within agreed budget and time constraints. Steer and co-ordinate with experts to work and deliver the end-to-end solution for increasing satisfaction level. Perform variety of tasks, including delivering effective presentations end-to-end solutions to customers, in senior level CxO as well as reviewing RFPs/RFIs. Deliver comprehensive and executive level support to the sales manager to identify and resolve customer business issues.

Solutions Architect

Team Leader for an international team of TAMs focused on the most critical Customers of HPE Data Center Care (DCC). Part of my responsibilities described below;
Customer Oriented  Responsibilities:
●	Delivered excellent software and financial services by co-ordinating in server storage, networking, consulting, and support as a part of the organisation. 
●	Facilitated sustainability exercises for the design of energy efficient data centres 
●	Advise customers improvements for Data Center Operations
●	Lead  Data Center Resilience exercises
●	Assess customers DC Disaster Recovery procedures and processes and optimize if needed
●	Assess Data Center Operations and Support environment and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
Team Leadership Oriented  Responsibilities:
●	Piloted and oversaw overall operations of advanced solution centre of CEEMA (ASC CEEMA) for seamless working operations. 
●	Developed and executed new processes as well as performed change management to increase company performance and customer satisfaction level. Identified and arranged mandatory trainings for new TAMS (technical and process oriented) by ensuring smooth compliance in daily business and customer's demands.

Participated in the success achievement of company through the delivery of excellent services to personal assigned customers. Streamlined smooth running of business operations by co-ordinating as team leader in ASC MEMA with responsibilities of remote support account advocate. Developed and implemented new processes within the organisation as well as accepted multiple challenges on daily basis through the utilisation of expertise and skills for seamless working operations.

●	Chosen by senior management for leading additional tasks related with daily business activities, such as the daily and Out Of Working Hours reactive roster.

Team Lead  in Mission Critical Center team of MEMA

Promoted to Remote Support Account Advocate within an international virtual team covering MEMA region.
An RSAA has a thorough knowledge of  customers IT/business environment while dealing with critical issues and any solutions proposed should be based on the customer's business requirements.

Scope of work was the delivery of proactive and reactive services  to the most important and loyal customers across the region (Mission Critical Customers).

Mastered the peak server technology across the team (ISS:Proliant/Blades) and nominated as a Subject Matter Expert into new technology products e.g Gen8 or new customer focused services (e.g SAN, Server 
Firmware Assessments and System Health Check improvements.

An RSAA is an active member of Account Support Team hence I had the ownership to deliver proactive services to  assigned customers making sure IT is fully aligned with strategic business goals.

For reactive services an RSAA is enganged to involve and orchestrate all parties (such as Onsite Engineers, L2 teams, Account Support Manager, Dispatchers, Logistics, Engineering etc) for ensuring fast problem resolution. The major reactive chalenge for an RSAA is to ensure customer's satisfactions into a TOP level by avoiding process gaps and unecessary delays. 

As an RSAA I was a trusted advisor to my customers hence in case of complex reactive issues , I was actively participating in identifying the  root cause, and to put in place action plans for preventing similar issues in the future. 

A succesful RSAA is identifying and then recommend to customer to buy portfolio services making sure the IT services are fully aligned with business goals.

After the completion of ITIL certification I had to apply my acquired knowlede into customer's environment making sure a best of class services.
