An RSAA is an active member of Account Support Team hence I had the ownership to deliver proactive services to  assigned customers making sure IT is fully aligned with strategic business goals.

For reactive services an RSAA is enganged to involve and orchestrate all parties (such as Onsite Engineers, L2 teams, Account Support Manager, Dispatchers, Logistics, Engineering etc) for ensuring fast problem resolution. The major reactive chalenge for an RSAA is to ensure customer's satisfactions into a TOP level by avoiding process gaps and unecessary delays. 

As an RSAA I was a trusted advisor to my customers hence in case of complex reactive issues , I was actively participating in identifying the  root cause, and to put in place action plans for preventing similar issues in the future.
