As the Chief Data Officer at Kajabi, I lead the vision, direction, and execution of the data and analytics function for a platform that empowers entrepreneurs to create, market, and sell their knowledge and expertise digitally. With over a decade of experience building and leading data science & engineering teams at numerous companies, including Netflix and Shopify, I have a proven track record of leveraging data to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. My core competencies include all components of modern data stacks and architectures — eventing frameworks (Kafka), CDPs (Segment/Rudderstack), real-time stream-data processing (Flink/Imply), both ETL and ELT (via Fivetran and dbt), storage/retrieval (Snowflake and Redshift), and data presentation and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, MicroStrategy). I also have significant experience with the development and application of machine learning models to solve business problems as well as data-product strategy.
