Established and lead Influencer and Partnerships strategy for Ruggable’s Marketing organization. This consisted of building program from scratch and developing operational processes designed to scale for top performance and content generation. Managed a team of 7 FTE dedicated to driving Influencer program to be industry-leading by all performance and brand metrics
•	Onboarded an Influencer SaaS platform, AspireIQ, to scale and standardize influencer collaborations across multiple verticals. Provided feedback directly to the platform and was asked to join the Customer Advisory Board as a result, leading to priority service and customization
•	Perform rigorous testing and analysis of each influencer collaboration through specific bottom-funnel metrics: views (CPM), clicks (CPC), and conversions (CPA), and ROI- achieved a program-wide, annual ROI of  7X in 2022
•	Launched always-on strategy that resulted in over 5,000 influencer collaborations across multiple verticals, ranging from micro influencers to celebrities, majority on Instagram but also including YouTube, TikTok, & Twitter. This has led to post-purchase survey results of customers first hearing about Ruggable through an influencer from under 1% to consistently over 5% (approx. equivalent budget allocation)
•	Built content marketing initiative into an effective content generation engine, providing an ongoing stream of thousands of images and videos to be used across all creative marketing assets including email newsletters, blogs, website content, paid media, and social media. Influencer content remains the highest performing and most often used assets across all of Marketing and drove over 75% of paid media assets, a core growth channel for the organization
•	Oversaw organic social strategy, leading Instagram account growth from 165,000 to over 800,000 in followership before passing off day to day management
•	Launched whitelisting strategy that scaled to 25% of FB/IG paid social spend (ten figures annually)

As Sr Operations Manager, I am charged with developing and maintaining best practices, creating organized and efficient workflows, and solidifying general team reliabilities and responsibilities. With a detailed knowledge on running influencer and digital content marketing campaigns, my role is to improve workflows and remove communication barriers of those around me, in order to allow the team to run as smoothly as possible.

This entails every aspect of custom content campaigns, from pre-sales proposals to content development and execution. In my role at Zefr I have done the following:
- Discovered, implemented, and trained all Influencer team members on Project Management software (Asana). This included creating template projects for seamless campaign management and accountability for all team members involved
- Developed highly efficient workflows for all team members and internal teams, specific to custom content and influencer campaigns. This included multiple templates, forms, and organizational systems in order to ensure successful campaign execution at all stages- RFP/proposals, influencer contracting and negotiation, concept deliverables, approvals/revisions, delivery, reporting, and finance.
- Created training guidelines, templates, and visual workflows for more effective training and simpler breakdown of all steps involved in content marketing campaigns
- Analyzed previous year and ongoing sales data for critical review and guideline training for sales teams. Traveled to satellite offices to train sales teams on updated strategies and workflows for improved sales techniques
- Keep monthly financial report on campaign deliverables, tracking billable engagements and reviewing contracts to ensure appropriate and organized billing statements
- Performed company-wide operational audit and provided detailed insights to company leadership to improve redundancies and communication breakdowns between teams and departments
