Currently, I am employed as a Senior Project Manager at Gamz B.V. in the Netherlands, where I am responsible for overseeing the internal products and development team. With 15 years of experience in design, I decided to change my specialization and pursue a career as a Product / Project Manager. From September 2021 to April 2023, I worked as a Product / Project Manager at Fabros company, where I was able to bring projects to successful completion. Prior to my transition into project management, I spent 8 years at Wargaming, initially starting as a 3D visualizer and later progressing to the role of Graphic / Exhibition Design Lead. During my time with the company, I had the opportunity to work on projects for well-known global events, including E3, Gamescom, Igromir, and WG Fest. As a Graphic / Exhibition Design Lead, my attention shifted to managing the team and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Collaborating with other teams, we successfully delivered large-scale, impactful projects for Wargaming. As a leader in this role, I prioritized the development and motivation of my team, efficiently managed projects and tasks, and established an effective pipeline. Throughout my career, I have prioritized the cultivation of trust within my teams, fostering motivation and professional development among specialists, and creating optimal working conditions to maximize project focus.
