🌟 We made a fantastic 🎉  CTO Roundtable event "Dealing with Modern & Complex Software Ecosystems" at Clue office! 🚀

Led by Dmitry Kharchenko(me 😀 ) and Greg Ryzhov(him 😀) we had a VERY dynamic, super warm, engaging roundtable in a super special format. I was super impressed by such an engaging, intimate, and super interesting roundtable discussion! 🚀 The dedicated group-guided conversation and workshop format with to-the-point moderation made, in my opinion, this event not similar to any of the other typical events of this type! 😊  

🔍 Monitoring and Observability 🔍
We highlighted the importance of robust monitoring and observability solutions for gaining insights into a software ecosystem's health, performance, and usage patterns. Moreover, the explicit connection of feedback loops and cooperation matrix between Product and Tech was on the agenda too. We discussed strategies to ensure seamless operations and spoke about predictability. 👀🛠️

💡 Cultural Challenges of Rapid Innovation💡
Cultural shifts must be embraced and adapted to a modern software ecosystem, including fostering a collaborative and innovative mindset among development teams. We discussed the responsibilities of managers and individuals around mental health and the cultural changes required. 🌱
