As the CTO, I was responsible for developing the organization's strategic technology vision, ensuring technologies were used securely and efficiently and met the organization's business needs.  I was responsible for evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure to enhance product strategies that ensured the organization's long-term sustainability. 

* Co-created custom enterprise-level, Salesforce.com case coordination application WarriorServe® and led a cross-functional team through ideation and design of six (6) iterations of product enhancement.  
* Implemented a comprehensive B2B marketing automation solution, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Personalization, and created landing pages, forms, form handlers, segmentation, and automation rules for the organization's nine (9) programs and four (4) community branches. 
* Served as the organization compliance and security officer, ensuring compliance with Data Privacy regulatory requirements, implementing control activities, employee training, and audit procedures to monitor, identify and rectify gaps in HIPAA compliance practices.

The program is designed to develop the leadership skills of individuals serving our Nation’s veterans by helping them scale their impact through leadership projects and network relationship building. 

My Personal Leadership Project (PLP) addressed the significant issues surrounding former service member death data reporting in the United States.  My recommended solution was to develop an open-source, secure, unbiased death data aggregator that provides trusted entities with accurate and comprehensive information about former service members who have died.

Assisted with the development of annual budgets, operational standards, and strategic business goals increasing efficiency and reducing overhead costs.  Served as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and helping to resolve work-related problems while ensuring that all managers and team members are held responsible for company policies and standards. Managed development, implementation, testing, and post-launch support of proprietary database containing over 6,800 Veteran and family members’ records, streamlining intensive data collection tasks that reduced manual work by 80+ hours a month.
