- Creating sourcing strategies, outreaching and scheduling candidates
- On-boarding and mentoring junior sourcers and full-cycle recruiters

Talent Sourcer

Since mid-2022 combined sourcing with sales due to recession and hiring freezes of many clients 

Responsibilities as SDR:

- Researching companies to identify their hiring needs, find decision-makers and offer our services 
- Searching for sponsors for Tech Recruitment Conference 2022 (TRC 2022)
- Partnering with VCs

Responsibilities as a Lead: 

- Leading a team of 3 SDRs (former Talent Sourcers), educating them to do sales
- Setting targets, assigning tasks and checking the results
- Creating a series of videos explaining specific of SDR work, best practices, necessary tools, the difference between Sales and Sourcing to ensure new team members onboard fast and easy 

Achievements: found 3 sponsors for TRC 2022 and a new RPO client (6-figure contract). Found and helped to establish partnerships with 8 VC funds

Talent Sourcer / Lead SDR

Worked for fast-growing start-ups and scale-ups in software development industry (Hazelcast, Sensor Tower, BookingSync), fintech (Mambu), and e-commerce (Naduvi) 

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing for tech positions: Backend, Full-stack, Frontend Engineers, DevOps, SRE; and non-tech: Recruitment, Sales, Design
- Crafting sourcing strategies and job descriptions from scratch 
- Creating recruiting campaigns and outreaching candidates using top-notch software
- Nurturing, scheduling, interviewing potential candidates 
- Creating weekly and monthly reports via GoogleSheet and Infogram
- Maintaining ATS: Lever, Loxo, Manatal
- Sourcing in EMEA: Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Czehia, Baltic states, Balkan states, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, UK, Turkey; also US, Brazil, Nigeria, South Africa

Achievements: made 29 hires in total. Including trainees (Java, Low-code, Salesforce) mid & senior engineers (Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript), DevOps, SRE.
