There are millionaires living paycheck to paycheck. Perhaps they make a lot of money. But also spend just as much as they make. Money is just a tool, not the goal. The ultimate goal is freedom. Specifically TIME freedom. The freedom to: - go on multiple vacations - spend time with your kids - help the people around you - treat others to new experiences - live wherever makes you happiest Or do anything else that your heart desires.     Companies are still forcing employees back into the office. I really don't think forcing people to do anything is a good move. Plus, there are so many downsides of return-to-office: → stress of crazy traffic → wasted time commuting → less time for physical health → missing time with your family → the constant in-office distractions Personally, I love working remotely full-time. And some of the most successful companies are working fully remote. Stop forcing your people back to the office just to sit on Zoom. Not to mention the endless in-office distractions.       It costs less to keep a current employee than to replace them. Yes, you read that correctly—hiring new talent costs time & money. When it’s time to hire someone new, recruiters & managers have to: → create job descriptions → interview candidates → write hire letters → send updates → make calls Want to avoid this hiring headache? Take a chance on your existing employees. I bet many of them are very fast learners. And they probably already have the skills.         I follow some of the best and most successful salespeople in the world. One thing that stands out to me is their processes and procedures. They know they have a great product, but they also make sure the buyer feels heard. Because of this experience, they can ask for huge rates when closing deals. I know someone who charged $75,000/month for one software. And that tool probably drove over half a million in sales for the buyer. But when looking for buyer, top sellers don’t waste time: → Chasing deals that just won't close → Fumbling follow-up messages to prospects → Manually doing things that can be automated Yet that's exactly what's happening with beginner sellers everywhere. In April, Tango launched their new AI agent for sales teams that automates CRM tasks.             This is why I haven't been on LinkedIn for the past 2 weeks. My wife and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary in Hawaii & Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto).
