After 12 years of gaining experience with various kinds of teams and companies, from some of the smallest to one of the world-biggest, working mostly with adult learners, I opted to delve deep into understanding the learning minds of the youngest. That was a social entrepreneurship journey that gave me an opportunity to work with all the younger learning ages, from toddlers to college students, while learning many more managerial skills. The journey now has come full circle, as I am back to working with corporate learners in the e-learning industry.
